Who You REALLY ArePosted May 6, 2010 in The Soul & Life Purpose
I am not I.
I am the one
walking beside me whom I do not see,
whom at times I manage to visit,
and whom at other times I forget;
who remains calm and silent while I talk,
and forgives, gently, when I hate,
who walks where I am not,
who will remain standing when I die.
-Juan Ramon Jimenez
Thinking about this poem today…Feeling the tension of the opposites and the many levels of reality. Making room inside to give validity to different perspectives that all real and very different, yet exist at the same time on different planes. Realizing how things can be complex and simple all at once.
